In case where the Company outsources handling of the personal information, the Company will conduct an evaluation of the outsourcing contractor based on our rules, and will only outsource handling of the personal information to contractors who satisfy the requirements, as well as enforcing strict following of the rules through the proper management of the contractor.

Inquiries by the Client or Customer Themselves

In the case where the client or customer wants to confirm, modify or delete their personal information, the Company will do so after confirming the identity of the client or customer.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations, and Reviews of the Privacy Policy

The Company complies with the Law concerning Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations in handling your personal information.
The Company will review the contents of the policy when appropriate and strive for its continuous improvement.
The Company establishes the storage period for the personal information, and will dispose of the personal information, following the expiration of the storage period.
In case the personal information is not needed anymore, the Company may dispose of the personal information, even if the storage period has not expired yet.
